"Even the earthen pot, by having once
existed, and now by not existing,
Demonstrates the component nature of
all things.
But more especially it symbolises human
life.
Therefore, I Mila the Devotee do
Resolve to persevere unwaveringly.
The earthen pot, which constituted my
sole wealth,
By breaking, has now become a Guru,
For it preaches to me a wondrous sermon
on Impermanence."
